My teaching style is strongly student-centered, with a focus on actively engaging every learner in the classroom. I believe that all students can succeed in math when they are given the opportunity to participate, collaborate, and think critically. I work intentionally to create an environment where students feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions, and learning from both their successes and mistakes. Rather than simply delivering information, I design lessons that encourage interaction and meaningful engagement—through discussion, games, problem-solving, and hands-on activities. I strive to reach all learners by using a variety of strategies, ensuring that each student has a voice and a chance to contribute. Whether through guided practice, group work, or targeted questioning, my goal is to keep students actively involved and invested in their learning.
