Experience

¡Hola! I'm a passionate educator with over two decades of teaching experience, working with learners from first grade to adults—both nationally and internationally. Teaching style

My teaching style is all about connection, creativity, and meaningful learning. I love to listen to my students, understand their needs, and create dynamic lessons that spark curiosity and engagement. I believe that learning should be fun, interactive, and memorable—so I'm always exploring new games, strategies, and materials to keep my classes fresh and effective. Whether it's through movement, conversation, or hands-on activities, I aim to create an environment where students feel inspired, supported, and truly excited to learn. For me, the most rewarding moments are when students realize they've learned something that really matters—not just for the classroom, but for life.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I may not have an international award on my shelf, but to me, the real rewards of teaching come in the small, everyday moments—a smile from a student, a quiet “thank you,” or hearing someone say, “That was a great class.” Those are the moments that shine the brightest in my heart. For me, every class is a new opportunity to connect, inspire, and make a difference. Whether it’s helping a student finally understand a tricky concept or watching their confidence grow day by day, these are the priceless moments that remind me why I love teaching. In my eyes, every day holds a shining moment—you just have to be present enough to see it.

My own education history

I hold a degree in English as a Second Language teaching, and I’m also a trained Psychologist—two fields that beautifully complement my passion for education and human connection. Throughout my career, I’ve continuously sought to grow by participating in a wide range of professional development courses focused on innovation, creativity, and best teaching practices. I truly believe that learning never stops—not just for students, but for educators too. That’s why I’m always looking for new ways to bring fresh ideas into the classroom. My background in psychology helps me stay closely connected to my students, understanding their needs and supporting them emotionally and academically as they work toward their goals and dreams.
