Teaching style
My teaching style is structured, explicit, and system-based.
I believe students grow best when instruction is:

I design my materials the same way I teach in my resource room. Skills are scaffolded. Formats stay consistent. Students learn the structure so they can focus on the skill.

My goal is simple: build systems that create measurable growth while saving teachers time.

My own education history
I have been a General Education teacher since 2019, working directly with students in the classroom and building structured academic systems that support real growth.
Through my classroom experience, I developed a strong passion for intervention and supporting struggling learners. That passion led me to pursue my Master’s Degree in Special Education, which I am currently completing.
My graduate studies focus on:
• IEP development and compliance
• Structured literacy and intervention strategies
• Behavior supports and inclusive practices
• Data-driven instruction
Earning my Master’s in Special Education reflects my commitment to continually improving as an educator and building systems that truly support student success.
