I created this template to use my kindergarten class a wrap up for our unit on flat shapes. (It is the same idea as my numbers poster). Students are assigned a shape and fill out their poster accordingly. I had my students work individually but you could also have them work in pairs.

Two forms are included in this. Form One = Compile your notes to share with parents for conferences! For each subject you share the unit and celebrations/areas of growth. I included a space for a parent signature so parents can sign off that they heard this information - I send parents a copy and keep one in my records. Form Two = This is a pre-conference form for parents. I send this home and give parents the option to turn it in before conferences so I know what subjects they want to discuss
