I created this resource for my students as  extra practice for 4 digit by 1 digit area model multiplication. This resource provides practice for division solving skills using an area model and partial quotients. I assign the paper copy for students to use to work out their answers,  then assign the digital self-checking sheet for students to enter their answers.  The digital version is self-checking.  When students work on long division using partial quotients they are also developing fluency in multi-digit  addition and subtraction,  multiplication basic facts,  and place value.
