Description

Have your students plan their very own road trip with this fantastic math review project. Students will need to map their route using multi digit addition skills with actual distances between U.S. cities. They will need to determine the best units of measurement to measure items in their suitcases. They will get a chance to buy snacks for the trip using their multiplication skills. All of this and more awaits your students.

A perfect way to engage students in test-prep, a great way to keep them focused during the final couple weeks of school, or a fantastic way to see what students remember from the previous year at the start of fourth grade. How ever you choose to use this project, your students are sure to love it.

Includes an optional technology extension activity. Students can create a digital slideshow presentation showing a map of their trip, pictures of each stop, and facts about each city they visit.
