In several problems throughout all 3 sets, you will see three numbers in parentheses. These numbers provide varying degrees of difficulty, so all of your students can be successful. For example, one task card might look like this:

There are (9, 25, 256) customers at a sports store. There are (3, 5, 8) check-out stands open. How many people will be in each line to check-out if they are divided equally?

Students can decide if they want to solve 9÷3, 25÷5, or 256÷8. Giving choice is always a great way to empower students, and you have accommodations built right into the activity!
