Hi. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to print. If you're having difficulties printing from your PDF program, you may try printing it online. This strategy worked for me when I struggled to print another seller's resource. I uploaded the PDF to my Google Drive account. Then, I was able to print from my online browser with no issues.
