Description
In this activity, students will practice simplifying expressions involving exponents.
There are 15 expressions that students must simplify. Students must be able to work with negative exponents, raising a power to a power, and adding exponents when multiplying. As they simplify each expression, they will find a specific pattern that they need to use to color the boxes at the top of the page.
One of the boxes has been filled in for the students.
Fun for the students, great practice, and easy to grade!
