There are two parts to it:

1. The Google Slide presentation. This covers:

• Passive, Assertive and Aggressive styles of communication
• Ideas for gaining Confidence
• The use of I statements to clearly communicate your message.

The presentation can be used to facilitate a group session either via distance learning or face to face. It contains activities for learners to practice their communication skills. There is information in the notes area for the facilitator to use as a Lesson Plan.

2. The learner workbook (Google Slide) looks at different forms of communication and their application in the workforce. Learners can fill it out on screen individually or work in pairs, groups. There are text boxes to type in and drag / drop activities for students to complete.
