Description
You can use these cards in a variety of ways! Here are the two I have used in my classroom:
-Give each student a card. Have them line in up in order from least to greatest! I let them decide how and where in the classroom to line up. I also let them carry with them a mini-whiteboard and marker so that if they need to, they can estimate square roots to figure out where they belong in line. Students may help each other, but no calculators are allowed! I give them motivation to check with each other for accuracy by providing a prize (no HW, stickers, etc.) for ALL being in order the FIRST time they have me check.
-Give a set of cards to pairs or groups of students and ask them to put them in order at their tables. You could incentivize groups with a prize for the group that lines them up correctly first!
Notes
-I included a blank template for the cards in case you need more than 20 cards
-Some cards are harder than others – perfect for differentiation!
Thanks in advance for your purchase and feedback!

Great resource and fun
Met expectations
Great value
This was good to help my students review the concepts.
gave one card to each kid and had them get themselves in order without talking - interesting to see the weird ways they tried to "communicate" to get the task done.
Thank you
good resource
Made my lesson easy to set up
Great activity for my pre-algebra kiddos!
Great resource, thanks!
Thanks!
