Complaint letters are a professional way of addressing a problem in service or product, and a well-written complaint is more likely to get a positive outcome. Because most letter writing is done via email, the activity also includes materials for a complain email as well. Bonus activity—have students respond to each other’s complaint letter.

  • Respond to a Complaint Letter student printable with rubric
  • Quick Guide to Complaint Letters, plus Sample Complaint Letter and Sample Complaint Email
