Consumer Math Skill Weekly Practice Workbook

Practice staying in budget, comparing prices, writing a check, balancing a checking account, and finding a percent of an amount of money all on 1 worksheet! These consumer math and financial literacy skills are important to learn and review at any age. With 40 different worksheets, this resource will last you a full school year if used once a week!

Design and graphics are appropriate for all ages. This resource is ideal for gathering IEP goal data around key consumer math and financial literacy math skills!

Each worksheet includes these 6 questions:

  1. Budget- identify if they have enough cash for a purchase
  2. Budget- determine if a purchase is in budget (value given numerically)
  3. Cost Comparison- compare prices of similar items
  4. Checking Account- write a check
  5. Checking Account- balance a checking account after writing a check
  6. Calculate Income & Find a Percent- calculate income and find a percent (i.e., to save in a savings account). Pages 1-20 calculate 10% and pages 21-40 calculate 15%.

Each worksheet is labeled with a number and an answer key is included for all 40 versions.
