Description

This product contains seven digital problem sets that are aligned to Grade 1 Eureka Math/Engage NY Module 4 - Topic F.  The problems were created using Google Slides and contain moveable pieces which act as virtual math manipulatives for students.  Use these engaging practice problems to reinforce learning from your lessons either through virtual learning or through a technology center.  

This problem set was designed to meet the needs of all learners.  Slides were designed using simple colors and without distracting clipart to ensure that students with learning differences and those who receive special education services are able to focus. 

This product includes:

  • Lesson 23 Practice - 6 problems ask student to fill in the blanks and then drag the statement that shows the same amount; 4 problems ask students to drag the value chart that matches; 4 problems ask students to determine if a statement is true/false; 2 problems ask students to determine which statement is correct and to drag and drop quick tens to help with their response.
  • Lesson 24 Practice - 6 problems ask students to use the number bond to write two number sentence and to drag quick tens if needed; 8 problems ask student to solve using the number bond or the arrow way.
  • Lesson 25 Practice - 6 problems ask students to solve using the number bond and the write the 2 number sentences adding the tens way first; 8 problems ask students to solve using the number bond and to write the 2 number sentences adding the ones way first.
  • Lesson 26 Practice - 6 problems ask students to solve using the number bond and the write the 2 number sentences adding the tens way first; 6 problems ask students to solve using the number bond and to write the 2 number sentences adding the ones way first.
  • Lesson 27 Practice - 8 problems ask students to use the number bond to write two number sentence and to drag quick tens if needed; 8 problems ask students to solve , and drag the quick tens and ones to show their work.
  • Lesson 28 Practice - 12 problems ask students to solve using the number bond, the arrow way, or the quick tens way.
  • Lesson 29 Practice - 12 problems ask students to solve using the number bond, the arrow way, or the quick tens way.

Understand that the two digits of a two-digit number represent amounts of tens and ones. Understand the following as special cases:
Add within 100, including adding a two-digit number and a one-digit number, and adding a two-digit number and a multiple of 10, using concrete models or drawings and strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction; relate the strategy to a written method and explain the reasoning used. Understand that in adding two-digit numbers, one adds tens and tens, ones and ones; and sometimes it is necessary to compose a ten.
