Description
Prior to assigning this quick project, you need to poll the students and ask them how many hours they have worked on school work for the week. I used Google Classroom and created a question and asked the students to answer honestly.
Compile the students' data in the table labeled "Number of hours spent on school work last week" on slide 2.
Students create a graph (line plot is the correct graph to choose unless you have a large number of data then they can choose to make a histogram) to represent the data.
Students insert their graph onto the slides by taking a picture if hand-drawn or creating one virtually and attaching the image to the slide.
Lastly, they analyze what the data tells them and they find the measures of center and variation of the data.
