Description
Contacting students' parents is one of the rewarding but sometimes challenging parts of teaching, and every parent contact should be recorded. Over the years, I've tried different methods of tracking parent contact: cute paper trackers, Google Sheets, a Google Doc. This year I'm trying this Google Form, so I thought I'd share it with you. It's a free and fully editable form. You will need a Google account to use it. Open the link, make a copy of the Google Parent-Contact Log, and then you're ready to go! I hope you enjoy using this as much as I enjoyed making it!
