These equivalent fraction posters are exactly what my classroom needed! The visuals are clear and age-appropriate—perfect for helping my students grasp the concept of equivalent fractions. I love that they work both as an eye-catching display and a practical reference tool during lessons. The number line practice included is such a helpful bonus and really supports visual learners. Everything was easy to print and ready to use. This resource has made a big difference in our fraction unit!

Explain why a fraction 𝘢/𝘣 is equivalent to a fraction (𝘯 × 𝘢)/(𝘯 × 𝘣) by using visual fraction models, with attention to how the number and size of the parts differ even though the two fractions themselves are the same size. Use this principle to recognize and generate equivalent fractions.
