This video lesson will introduce your students to exponents.
In particular, your students will learn...
* The terms exponent & base
* That the exponent tells how many times the base is multiplied by itself
* That if no exponent is written, the exponent is understood to be 1
* How to identify the base of an exponent
* How to write repeated factors in exponent form
* How to expand a power into its factors
* How to evaluate exponents
* How to evaluate expressions with exponents
You receive not only the instructional video but accompanying notes for students to complete as they watch the lesson. Answer key is also included.
Upon purchase, you will receive the student notes as well as the ability to stream the video on TPT.
Where can I find videos that I’ve purchased?
You can stream a video resource you’ve purchased from the “My Purchases” page of your account.
To do so:
1. Log into your TPT account and click on your profile icon at the top right of the page.
2. Click on “My Purchases” from the dropdown menu.
3. Once you're on "My Purchases," you’ll see a list of everything you've purchased, including any video resources.
