Hey Middle School Teachers?!

Are your students struggling with reading and understanding the informative text? Have you taught and re-taught 'Analyzing Informative Text' and they are still not understanding the text.

Breaking News is an independent activity that can also be used as a guided instruction, center activity, and/or small group work that will help students to 'break down their informative text reading into 'bite-sized pieces' that are easy to digest and understand the text.

Upon completion of this activity, SWBAT read a grade level informative text, analyze the text and understand their reading with at least 80% accuracy.

NO PREP! PRINTABLE and GO!

No answer key is needed or provided!

There was no preview for this product so I purchased it on a whim, and wish I would have saved my money. It is not what I expected it to be, and a preview would have eliminated me wasting and buying this resource.
