I am so excited that I have finished the digital version of my 4th grade Numbers and Operations Interactive Notebook! This interactive notebook, although designed to be eye-catching and colorful, is not for the faint of heart. It is packed full of 101 digital pages that were created to help students practice and learn those common core standards! Fluff is pretty, but, I am extremely serious when it comes to the education of students and making sure that my resources are serious business, while engaging students and keeping them interested!

Having said all that, I just want to make sure that everyone knows this is a digital resource. Google Drive is an excellent resource that can be used in 1:1 classrooms. This Google Drive resource is perfect for Google Classroom, and other educational technology that is compatible with Google Drive.

That means this resource is paperless, although you can still print any of the pages at any time! Going paperless means you do not need copies for digital resources since students work directly in the Google Drive files! There is easy storage of files, and students can work anywhere they have access to Google Drive. Most importantly to busy teachers with limited time, this resource requires no prep!

What's included?

Please, please see the TABLE OF CONTENTS included in the PREVIEW to see the complete list of the 101 slides included in this resource! There is practice of all 4th Grade NBT (Numbers & Operations in Base Ten) Common Core standards through hundred millions. There are also many examples of how to complete the procedures. I believe that an interactive notebook has many uses, and one of those uses is providing examples for students as a reminder of how to work out a problem, a great resource for parents trying to help their students at home, and a great catch-up tool for students who are absent. Having these examples is essential, in my opinion. As I mentioned before, there are 101 interactive notebook slides and 70 Answer Key slides. I have also included 6 more reference pages (such as a diagram of the key division words and where they are located in the division problem) in the Directions PDF for a little more help for those students who might be struggling at times.

I believe knowing the vocabulary for the standards is also important. That's why I included vocabulary with definitions, along with practice using the vocabulary words with the numbers.

Of course, the links to the NBT Interactive Notebook and the Answer Keys are also included in the Directions PDF, as well as directions for getting started.

What if you do not teach common core? Use your own judgment and knowledge of your state standards but, you and your students might could use this NBT Interactive Notebook. I have included extras, such as not only partial products and partial quotients, but also the traditional algorithms of multiplication and division. Place value (value of numbers, ways to represent numbers -standard, expanded, written, and base ten, comparing, rounding), addition and subtraction are all included.
