These guided notes designed for IB Math SL (though could also be used in Algebra 2 or Pre-Calculus) include vocabulary and the labeling of an exponential equation and a corresponding logarithmic equation. For my students, this topic in IB Math is mostly review as they have learned about logarithms in Algebra 2. Problems on the notes include writing exponential equations as logarithmic equations and vice-versa, the laws of logarithms and using them to condense logarithmic expressions to single logarithms, and some IB Exam style questions involving logarithms.
