Do your students need more practice making reasonable predictions when they read fiction and non-fiction texts? Build their skills in using pictures and prior knowledge to make inferences and predictions that make sense with this set of 50 engaging pictures and guiding questions!

The guiding questions that are provided for each picture will help your students develop the critical ability to base their predictions on both evidence and their own schema. You'll find vocabulary in this set like predict, prediction, evidence, and prior knowledge. Repeated exposure to these terms will make it easy to have them become part of your students' vocabulary!

The pages can be projected on your interactive board or printed for use with small groups or in a center.
