This is one of the best PBLs I have seen. The organization of each part being labeled "step 1, 2, 3, etc" made it so easy for me to plan and prep. The students were really engaged in it and it was easy to make small changes to fit the needs of my class. At the end of the activity, I gave them each a big piece of white paper and had them design what the outside of their coffee shop looked like. The kids loved it and it was great review for the end of the year.
