This digital file takes two sets of 18 paper task cards with Super Bowl ratios and rates and puts them onto two separate Google Forms. The Google Forms will automatically correct the students' responses, and provide them with immediate feedback. Student results will be automatically compiled into a spreadsheet for you, with resulting graphs providing you with instant analysis.

Whether you are learning in-school or remotely, use the thirty-six task cards as a digital math center, remote practice, assessment, or homework assignment. Each of the digital task cards contains a single problem compiled from past Super Bowl performances where ratios, rates, and percentages are determined. All answers are presented as a series of multiple choice responses.

Paper copies of the 36 digital task cards are provided in the linked folder, along with an answer key and recording sheets for students to work the 'math' out on paper before uploading their answers.
