Description

This digital file takes 24 paper task cards and puts them onto a Google Form. Google Forms will automatically correct the students' responses, and provide them with immediate feedback. The results will be automatically compiled into a spreadsheet for you, with resulting graphs providing you with instant analysis.

Use the twenty-four task cards as a digital math center, remote practice, or a homework assignment. Each of the digital task cards contains a single problem where fractions and mixed numbers are added, subtracted, multiplied, or divided. All answers are in lowest terms, and presented as a series of multiple choice responses.

Paper copies of the 24 digital task cards are provided in the linked folder, along with an answer key and recording sheets for students to work the 'math' out on paper before uploading their answers.

Thank you for the feedback. This is one of my first Google Forms upload, so I was a bit unsure of how it might be received. Glad it helped in those long days before a vacation!

Add and subtract mixed numbers with like denominators, e.g., by replacing each mixed number with an equivalent fraction, and/or by using properties of operations and the relationship between addition and subtraction.
Add and subtract fractions with unlike denominators (including mixed numbers) by replacing given fractions with equivalent fractions in such a way as to produce an equivalent sum or difference of fractions with like denominators. For example, 2/3 + 5/4 = 8/12 + 15/12 = 23/12. (In general, 𝘒/𝘣 + 𝘀/π˜₯ = (𝘒π˜₯ + 𝘣𝘀)/𝘣π˜₯.)
