I purchased these slides specifically for the checklist and certificates to keep track and celebrate students growth and success. In the description it states this bundle comes with 20 slides. However, when downloaded there were only 16 slides. I reached out to the seller to ask if the additional slides (certificates) could be emailed to me, and have not received any response. I think its fair that a person receives exactly what they paid for. It has now been 2 weeks and still no response.
