Description

Looking for hands on math center ideas? Looking for independent work ideas for the resource room? Are your students starting multiplication? Are you looking for a fun way to introduce multiplication? Do your students need structured movement during lessons in order to stay focused? This product is for YOU! This product also goes along with the Common Core State Standards!

This product includes 12 cards of pictures with dinosaurs to post around the room, a recording sheet, and an answer key. Each card has pictures of dinosaurs in groups. The students must use repeated addiction to write a multiplication problem for each card and solve it. I suggest having students practice repeated addition before doing an activity like this. They are a nice change from the same old paper and pencil work. This is a great center idea for the kids to be able to get up and move around while continuing to learn.
