This project puts students into the real life situation of planning out a field trip While working on problem solving and creative thinking, students also work on addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and elapsed time. A simple grading rubric has been built in to give students guidance and feedback. Working as individuals, or as groups, this project is sure to get students' minds working.
This project is available in a printable version and a Google Classroom version. The Google Classroom Version includes a Google Slides project sheet with a Google Forms trip proposal sheet.
