This NO PREP lesson reviews simplifying radicals and teaches students about the Pythagorean Theorem. Homework is included!

  • Warm-Up - The warm-up is a review of finding slope and writing a linear equation.
  • Simplifying Radicals Review - The notes are 1.5 pages long and include rationalizing a denominator. Many students need this review before the right triangles unit.

This lesson was very clear and straightforward. I used it for distance learning with my students because I wanted something that clearly explained the material and gave good examples, especially when I couldn't explain things directly. This fit the bill. I plan to use this again next year when we are back in the classroom.
