Description

QR codes make task cards more engaging! Simply cut out and laminate the cards and place in a center with a device that can read QR codes (iPod Touch, iPad, tablet, or laptop/desktop with a camera). Students get immediate feedback when they scan the QR codes.

This set includes 32 task cards that cover the following skills:

Cards 1-8: Write a decimal for the shaded part (picture model of tenths and hundredths).

Cards 9-12: Write the given fraction as a decimal (with denominators of 10 and 100).

Cards 13-16: Write the given decimal in word form.

Cards 17-24: Compare two decimals using >, <, =.

Cards 25-32: Order three decimals from least-greatest/greatest-least.

A student recording sheet, answer key, and one-page (6 question) quick assessment are included. I recently upgraded all of my math task cards to include a digital, self-grading version of the quick assessment using Google Forms™! Download the preview to see the task cards up close. Please make sure that you have a device that can scan QR codes before purchasing. These task cards are aligned to the Common Core State Standards 4.NF.6 & 4.NF.7.
