Description
These SAT Math Review Practice Sheets 13–18 give students targeted SAT math practice with the foundational skills they need before moving into more complex SAT-style questions. Students practice algebra, geometry, trigonometry, advanced math, data analysis, functions, graphs, transformations, circles, quadratics, exponential models, rational expressions, and word problems in a clear practice-sheet format designed for SAT prep, review, tutoring, warm-ups, and skill building.
The goal of this resource is simple: build the math skill first. Many students struggle on the SAT not because they have never learned the math, but because SAT questions often combine skills, use unfamiliar wording, or present information through graphs, tables, diagrams, and real-world contexts. These practice sheets help students strengthen the basic math behind those question types before they move into the SAT-style transfer step.
This set is the first step in the larger SAT Math Practice Pathway. The suggested classroom sequence is to complete Practice Sheets 13–15, then use Skill Check 5. Next, complete Practice Sheets 16–18, then use Skill Check 6. The Skill Checks give students practice applying the same types of skills in a more SAT-style format with multiple-choice questions, student-produced responses, graphs, tables, diagrams, and Desmos-style thinking.
Students will practice:
- Working with functions, inverses, transformations, quadratics, polynomials, and rational expressions
- Solving problems involving circles, tangents, arcs, composite solids, trig ratios, and unit circle values
- Interpreting graphs, scatterplots, data displays, exponential models, and function types
- Solving advanced algebra problems with constants, systems, factoring, rewriting expressions, and completing the square
- Practicing error analysis by identifying mistakes, explaining reasoning, and correcting work
What’s included:
- 6 SAT Math Practice Sheets
- 8–10 questions per practice sheet
- Practice Sheet 17 companion graph/chart page
- Quick answer keys after each practice sheet
- Error analysis questions
- Error analysis answer keys
- Detailed step-by-step answer key in a separate PDF
These sheets can be used for daily warm-ups, weekly SAT practice, tutoring sessions, homework, intervention, small-group review, or self-paced practice. They are especially helpful for students who need consistent practice with the math skills that show up again and again on the SAT.
