Keep your data collection clear and simple. This scatterplot data gives you a better understanding of how often behaviors occur (frequency) and the times of day most common for behaviors. Using a Google Form makes it easy to click during an observation and you receive a summary of your data!
This form is best used when there is ONE target behavior defined. If you need another form that records for multiple behaviors, please look at my store for Scatterplot Data Collection Form - Two or Three Target Behaviors.
**Please note that when analyzing data, it works best when looking at the RESPONSES section in google form instead of creating a spreadsheet. An example of the google form responses is shown in the product photo.
