Winter math activities that combine math with a craft project make learning fun! Create Winter Wonderland, Gingerbread, or Christmas houses to connect arrays and area models to multiplication equations and word problems. Easy to differentiate by choosing either the single-digit or double- digit word problems. You can also choose a worksheet of equations only.
Build conceptual understanding for 3rd and 4th graders or as a review for 5th graders. For each problem students build an area model window for their house.
