Description

These winter-themed interactive Google Slides are perfect for getting little ones practicing math (addition, subtraction, and comparing quantities). Designed for first grade, use this slide deck for interactive whiteboard time and/or digital math centers!

  • Addition up to 20 (finding the sum and selecting the correct addend by counting).

  • Subtraction of numbers under 20 (finding the difference and practice with simple word problems with pictures).

  • Comparison of quantities (greater than, less than, and equal to). Students count, compare, and select the correct symbol. They also are asked to finish the math comparison by counting out a number that makes the math statement true. (Review: numbers less than 10)

More about what's included:

  • 56 ready-to-go (no prep) drag and drop Google Slides (broken down into 3 different sections - addition, subtraction, and comparison). Decide how to assign based upon your context and students! You can re-arrange the slides or assign them in any order, making them more challenging (or a bit easier)!

  • A teacher key and tips sheet
