My school is helping students through small group intervention times (MTSS/RTI). The skill we are currently working on is r-controlled vowels.
The best way to cement the skill is through repetition. However, repetition can be boring. As a result, I created a few games to throw into our small group times.
The three games include:
*R-Controlled Race-- my students struggle with remembering which "r" vowel is needed when it comes to ir, er, and ur and this game practices that.
