Teaching style

My goal is to keep my students as engaged as possible during instructional time. Therefore, I'm very hands on in all that I teach. I teach in such a way that I want my students to think independently and take ownership of what they learn. I'm a firm believer in allowing my assessments to drive my instruction. Differentiation is the key to my students to become the best learners they can be.
