I graduated from the University of West Georgia with my Bachelor's Degree in 2014 and finished my Master's Degree this summer in Early Childhood Education. I taught 2nd grade at Fair Street Elementary in Gainesville, Ga, 3rd grade at Woodland Elementary in Sandy Springs, I was in 2nd grade last year at SPARK, and I am very excited to be on the 5th grade team this year at SPARK!

Teaching style
It is my goal everyday to create a classroom that is safe, welcoming, inspiring, fun, and challenging. Students in my classrooms are encouraged to think, question, reflect, extend their learning, and make mistakes in order to learn more. They are also expected to always do their best with a positive attitude.
I am passionate in my commitment to grow students by: maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students’ growth mindset and the importance in developing a sense of self-worth within each of my students. I look forward to watching our students thrive and reach above the standards everyday!
