It asks students to name the names of coins, the value of them, and also skip count by the value of pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, loonies, and toonies. It is based on the Canadian coins and compatible with the expectations for money in the new 2020 Math curriculum for Grade 1-2 students. This Mulitplication Challenge can be used to quiz your students on their multiplication facts. Print the quiz on the front and print the answer key --upside down-- on the back of the paper. This allows students to check thier own answers by simply folding the bottom or the top of the paper over to compare thier answers to the key.
