Probability - Chance
After brainstorming the various numerical and language descriptor for describing the likelihood of events happening, students created probability lines to make connections between these different representations. Students were then challenged to create an individual probability line in their books, cutting and pasting these chance words and numbers in the correct place.
Good activity to assess students knowledge of number relationships - decimals, percentages etc.
