Desk Behavior Tracker Penny Chart
This Penny chart will help track individual student behavior. This is great for students that struggle with keeping up with daily routines and expected behavior.
Cut out each card laminate and tape to desk.
Velcro the back of plastic or real pennies. Place penny on the chart for every specific behavior that you have selected for the student to work on. For example: Turning in homework and doing morning work=1 penny... etc. After 5 pennies they can go to the treasure box.

Two-Sided Behavior Chart for Daily Monitoring
Use these daily behavior charts to monitor an entire class, or specific individuals. They are two-sided: the front gives general examples of expected behaviors from anyone (editable), the backside is available specific goals to that individual (from IEP, RTI, etc.). These get passed out everyday, and collected at the end of the day (or each period.) Any teacher, para, adult-volunteer can mark the chart - I usually put a note next to any negative mark as a reminder of why they got it.

Montessori Sentence Analysis for Chart 1
3 pages of sentences for the first step in sentence analysis - verb / predicate and subject. 30 sentence strips in all. Print with shading to make the sentences more visually appealing or without shading if you need to save ink. Answers included. See my other listing for the sentences for the rest of the steps. This is a great way to teach children about subjects, verbs and objects in a very hands on and practical way.

This individual behaviour chart is a great tool for keeping a tricky student on-task.
How I Use It:
1. Cut out and laminate
2. Put a paperclip on Ready To Learn each morning
3. Have student clip themselves up a square for good choices and down a square for poor choices
4. Check to see where the clip is at the end of the day!

Behavior Chart with Smiles [Editable]
Behavior chart allows recording of two areas of behavior for every 20 minutes of instruction. Prompts include a warning and a smile. If student needs additional redirections after the warning, cross out the smile. If student needs only one warning or follows both behavior expectations, either a sticker or coloring in the smile is effective. A table for recording data on lost instruction time is included. Print behavior chart as a 2-sided copy with AM on the front and PM on the back.
