This was a multiplication song I wrote one year when I was changing lyrics and making parodies to help a teacher help her class with learning their multiplication facts. I changed the lyrics to Miley Cyrus's "The Seven Things I Hate About You" to the Seven Things I Love About Seven! All apologies to Miley for not sounding like her and this is a parody which I don't own the rights to, so I'm offering it for free. So enjoy!

Viva La Egypt - An educational parody for study/review of Ancient Egypt
I wrote this for 2nd graders who were studying Ancient Egypt. Viva La Vida, by Coldplay, was a popular song at the time and I was singing it one day and started changing the words to fit what we were learning. It correlates with 2nd grade Virginia SOL's, but would be a good beginning study for any primary aged student studying the basics of Ancient Egypt. I am not in any way profiting from this song and it is for educational use only.

This is a song designed to be improvised with on any keyboard instrument. Of course the keyboard must be in tune with 440 pitch. As long as the improvisor stays on the white keys there will be harmonic peace. Some have said that a true Dorian mode must resolve to the d minor chord.
