Use the frogs from Hopping Frogs, and have them "hop" onto these lily pads instead of the lily pads that come with the game. When the student's frog lands on one of these lily pads, have them describe the function of the object pictured on the lily pad! Easily adaptable for other activities if you don't own the Hopping Frogs game, too!
