Many of the problems are at a 5th grade level. This project is meant to be challenging. I have done it with 4th grade students. This is a product I created for my students that struggled with the steps of adding and subtracting numbers with and without regrouping. Scaffold's are present to help with the early stages of learning the steps for the standard algorithm. Build Your Own Clock! No-Prep Hands-On Activity for Learning to Tell Time

This no-prep hands-on activity gives students the chance to build their very own clock with working hands! The student compares their work with a real clock in the classroom to determine where to paste each number and which hand is the minutes or hour hand.
