Thank you for visiting my Teachers Pay Teachers store! I have taken great care in designing each worksheet, but occasional errors can happen. This flowchart provides step by step instructions for adding and subtracting fractions with like and unlike denominators. It illustrates the actions that need to be taken when simplifying improper fractions or fractions that are not in simplest form. I use this for special education students as well as my students who struggle with multiple steps. I can be used as a study guide, quiz (by omitting key words), or guided notes. This can also be used as a group activity by cutting the pieces and ha
Have students color in sections of the brain as they pass their multiplication tables. Place the goal sheet in their journal so they can add to it as they come closer to their goal. Or add it to their agenda / planner so they can show their parents their progress.
Make a larger version to show in the classroom. As students pass their quizzes, they sign their name on the correct factor.
ENJOY!!

This 10 point multiplication quiz is one that I used at the beginning of our Multiplication Unit. It was a spot check after the first week of instruction to see who was getting it and who needed remediation. It covers Indiana Math Standards: 4.C.2, 4.C.4, 4.AT.6, and 4.M.3.
I'm developing quizzes(8 problems in each) that review the standards covered on the NWEA MAPS test. As we get the fall results as teachers I feel it would be nice to have a quick quiz to check for understanding on the standards within the test as we prepare for the Spring. This is quick, and gives a solid answer to you the teacher if they know the content. These quizzes can be used for many other scenarios too. Keep eyes open for more to come. ANSWER KEY INCLUDED.
Add, Subtract, Multiply, and Divide Decimals Practice Sheets. Answer key included! Completely editable! Use it as an exit ticket, quick formative assessment, center work, independent work, homework, etc!
A great teaching and learning tool! This is a multiple choice, 10 question worksheet. Perfect for checking basic order of operations as a homework, classwork, or quiz. It has tricky problems built in so that only the students who know the correct order will get the correct answer. Also, all answer choices include solutions that most students would get if they went out of order.

This sheet combines the "how to" and examples for basic math computations including converting percent to decimals, rounding, decimals, fractions, mean, etc.
I would provide this sheet to my students at the start of the school year and require they keep it in their binders. This was a great resource to look back on and consult throughout the year.
This game is adapted from the formative assessment of Find Someone Who... Here are the rules. Each child will have this sheet. They need to find classmates to solve each math problem on their sheet. When a child solves a problem, they need to write their name in the box. (This helps you monitor work and if there is an incorrect answer, you know who to ask to fix it.) The most important rules are you cannot solve more than 1 problem on a classmate's sheet and you cannot solve a problem you have a
