Mathematics of World Cultures Project
Explore Math Through Culture!This cross-cultural math project invites students to investigate mathematical ideas, systems, and artifacts from cultures around the world—ancient or modern. Providing an art connection can be a valuable way to capture a student's attention. Multiple intelligences are now engaged, and a product option lesson is highly beneficial to gifted students. My students LOVE project based learning if they can share it. Moms will love that they are being thought about while in school and this project will be one for the moms to SAVE!
