Teaching Strategies GOLD Math Assessment
This assessment is aligned with the My Teaching Strategies objectives and rubrics. I use colored counters for object counting and pattern sections. I use a large foam die for quantifying 1-6 (you can add higher numbers with two dice). I also use a seperate sheet with numbers 1-20 (using the assessment to record data only). CPAA Data Tracking Sheet - Fall (For Teacher's Use)
This is an Excel spreadsheet in which you can track your student's Fall CPAA data.
I have color-coded it as follows:
54-60 (90-100%) = Blue (Above Grade Level)
48-53 (80-89%) = Green (At Grade Level)
36-47 (60-79%) = Yellow (Approaching Grade Level)
1-35 (0-59%) = Red (Below Grade Level)

Preschool Data Collection Form
The 2-sided form allows a teacher to collect relevant data on each student in several areas of development, including: fine motor, gross motor, cognition, adaptive/self-care, and social skills. Color coding allows the user to show growth and progress across the school year without starting a new form. This form has been a standard method of data collection in Miss Diana's Preschool classroom for years!
