I highlight in a different color for each semester so parents can see their child's progress from the beginning of the year until the end. I then add up the total points and then average the class so I can compare and give parent's an idea of where their child is in comparison to their peers.

54-60 (90-100%) = Blue (Above Grade Level)

IEP Goal Tracking Sheet
In order to keep track of IEP goal progress and to see if students are on track to meet their goals, my school created a tracking device. The students IEP is divided into 4 quarters for tracking purposes. Their baseline is subtracted from their goal and divided into the four quarters. Each quarter is color coded.
