Quiz Progress Student Tracker

Students record their own quiz scores on this tracker so that they can see their progress throughout the year. It also shows at a glance what topics they need to spend more time on and which topics they have mastered already. This is a great document to refer to in parent/teacher conferences to show parents what their students need the most help on.

Weekly Homework and Behavior Planner

Weekly Homework and Behavior Planner is a great asset for teachers in grades K-2. This was used in a 1st grade classroom and was a great tool to manage daily homework and behavior in the classroom. The teacher types in the homework for the given week which allows parents to easily look ahead on homework, due dates, and the specials for the given week. Students color in their behavior choice based on the clip chart on where they ended on the day. If you don't use a clip chart, you could easil

Behavior note to send home

This is a quick and easy note to send home to parents about their children's behavior. I use this for my extreme behavior children daily and the other children as needed. There are positive as well as negative behaviors listed so if you have children who always get a negative note, you can add those positive behaviors seen that day. I left this in the .doc form so you can change the behaviors to those that you need yourself in you own rooms.

This document is my current classroom jobs (occupations as I call them) and a description of their duties. At the beginning of the year students read over the descriptions and listed the jobs they would be interested in on the Occupation Application (also at my store). My students keep their jobs for about a month, so they need to know exactly what the job duties are. I keep this document in a binder in the classroom library so the students can review them. It makes for great reading material if

Tier One RTI Behavior Contract

This is an awesome little daily behavior contract I have used for students struggling learning those basic classroom and school expectations. It is a very good tier 1 or tier 2 RTI behavior contract. I suggest tier 1, but I have used as a tier 2. The selling point to this contract over daily schedules checklist to me has always been its ease of use and it requires student self-reflection. It targets elementary students primarily first through fifth grade. It is basically a behavior rubric that

This is my most popular lesson plan template. I like that this one has the basic framework of each period listed on the left and then blank space for each day to allow for notes & reminders. My completed version comes out to two landscape pages, but it will adjust to the content you enter. This is a Word document that can be modified to fit your needs. Copyright Geaux Teach Online Store. I created this sheet to keep track of the student's days for the week. It goes hand-in-hand with my behavior card chart (standard 4 card system with green, yellow, blue and red cards). If the student stays on green they get a check at the end of the day (I have "Star Chart Helpers" to do this for me). If they have flipped their card they will get the first initial of the color they were on written in their box for that day. Please rate this item :) You have the right to use my materials for
