This game is called Dump It! What you do is put a set amount of red and yellow math counters into a cup. Students will shake the cup and dump it in their tray. They then will count how many counters landed yellow and how many landed red and write that number on the sheet. They have so much fun with this activity!
To challenge those who need a little something extra you can have them circle which number is greater or less.
Every so often we come across a student who is difficult to manage within the classroom. I have created this chart to help students modify his/her behavior by seeing the advantages of making good choices and disadvantages of making bad choices. I usually fill in times for each subject or class period on the top of the first circles and in the circles on the 3rd row. In the boxes on the left I pick to behavioral issues I will be working with the child to improve. We will focus on only these two b
I used to require a project every month for my Kindergarteners to do with their families. They really did have a lot of fun with these. March was one of my favorite projects- The Leprechaun Trap! I sent these flyers home with my students to know what was expected of them.
This St. Patrick's Day Flyer is completely editable!
This document is used to assess students ability to recognize and state numbers 1-20. I usually complete this and send home with progress reports to help parents know what to work on with their child at home.

It outlines a few sections: -Fill in an answer -Yes or No section -This or That section -Sizes -Specific Allergies or dislikes This product aids in seeing what your teacher, coworker, or employee would enjoy most for the holidays and takes a lot of the guess work out of everything.
This worksheet is to guide students to use liquid glue correctly, without using a great amount. My Kindergartener's had such a great time with this worksheet and the phrase helped them to remember not to squeeze too hard.

This Name Practice Worksheet provides enough space for a child's first and last name. It also provides primary lines that aren't too big so that you won't have to worry about breaking the habit of your student's writing too big.
This is a template I created so that I can send student information out to each family. I got permission before sending any of this out before by sending out a form that asked if they would like to be a part of the class directory and if so to provide this information. Once I received everyone's reply I filled out this template and printed for each parent. It was so nice to see the parents calling one another for play dates for their children.

This document is meant for teachers to assess student on their letter recognition skills. The directions are stated on the worksheet and this should be completed one-on-one with students to determine their ability to recognize letters, as well as letter sounds. Uppercase and lowercase letters are used.
Once I complete these with students I send this out with a progress report for parents to see some of the things their child needs to improve upon.
This is a form I created for the purpose of parent teacher conferences. This is sort of an outline of specific topics I would like to speak about during the conference. I keep this with me filled out to make sure I go over everything I wanted to. At the end of the conference I have parents sign it for documentation that I did discuss each topic with them.
