These can be updated with individual student goals. It is helpful to have each student come up with the goals with the teacher. They can be printed and kept in a folder that is carried by the student to each class. Rewards can be given on Wednesdays and Fridays if the student reaches the set number of smiley faces for his/her goal. This is a great way to keep documentation on students who struggle with behavior.
